Founded in 1985, Casa Toia is an association to promote the traditional Corsican Auberges which have been selected
for their cuisine and regional specialities. All the auberges conform to the 6 C's; Calm, Comfort, Courtesy, Charm,
Character and Cuisine.
Located in one of the most fascinating areas of Corsica, at a Casa Toia auberge
you can escape the hustle and bustle, and simply relax and enjoy the dramatic scenery and authentic surroundings.
The Auberges are open all year, so you can always be sure of a warm welcome and good value for money.
Quenza, a stunning mountain health resort, can be found at an altitude of 810 metres
at the foot of the famous Bavella needles. The magnificent landscapes surrounding the village are a haven for nature
lovers, whilst the beaches of Solenzana and Porto Vecchio are just an hours' drive away. There is some marvellous
walking from Quenza itself, and the nearby villages of Levie, Carbini and Santa Lucie de Tallano are well worth
a visit.

'Thanks for all your help booking our holiday in Corsica which
we took last week. We stayed at the Sole e Monti Hotel in Quenza and had stayed there 22 years ago on our honeymoon.
You asked me to let you know if it had changed. No! Monsieur Balesi was just as charming. The hotel had changed
a little but had the same feel, was friendly and professional and the food was as good as we had remembered. In
fact it was just perfect and we intend to go back soon and stay a week. Hotel d’Aitone and Antonia’s were also
great although I hadn’t realized that Antonia’s was so remote. Corsica is so beautiful! We will definitely be using
your services again. It was our 3rd time in Corsica but all week we kept saying why did we leave it 10 years since
the last visit. We feel we need to visit next year at the latest so we will be in touch.'
'Hi Claire, Just a line to say how much we enjoyed Corsica.Everything
was organised to a tee !! Thanks. The hotel Sole ii Monte was a joy! Monsieur le patron is quite a character, keeping
his small staff right on their toes!! The Table D'Hote each evening was excellent with good variation and excellent
service from the one waiter, who did the work of two in half the time!! Great walking again, but no information
or maps at the hotel. We did eventually get some maps at Zonza and did get a few ideas from a couple of the locals
so we did get around ok. I will come better prepared next time!!'
'We really enjoyed our holiday in Corsica. It's an incredible
island and perfect for a honeymoon! We had lots of day-long walks in idyllic forests, by rivers, through lovely
villages and all without bumping into many other people. Thanks again for all your help with the arrangements.'
'Well every thing went according to plan. What a fantastic place
to visit. We enjoyed every minuet of it. The scenery is wonderful. Quenza was a great base for exploring the south
of the island. The food is also excellent. The proprietor of the hotel is so friendly as all of his staff are.Thank
you very much for your assistance I will pass on the name of your company to anyone that I know that wishes to
visit Corsica.'
