Surrounded by mature plants and flowers, the Villas Piazze are two pretty
houses situated on a beautiful sandy beach in the heart of Sant'Ambroggio.
Villa Piazza No. 3
Double bedroom + Twin bedroom, both ensuite + double sofabed in the living room
No. 3 is the larger of the two and can sleep up to 6 people (ideal for 4). There is a lovely covered patio area
which is perfect for al fresco living, and a further terrace with space to relax and soak up the sun whilst admiring
the superb views across the bay. Inside there is living room with sofabed and sliding doors to the dining terrace,
a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bath and shower), and toilet. The second bedroom has twin beds and a further
en-suite shower room and toilet. The modern open plan kitchen has a large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine
and all the other facilities one would expect of a property of this standard. The garden has been paved and fenced,
making it safe for children.
Villa Piazza No. 4
Double bedroom + sofabed, ideal for a couple
No. 4 is a studio apartment which can sleep 3, although it is ideal for a couple. The main living room has a sofabed
and sliding doors leading to a covered dining terrace and paved garden. There is a separate double bedroom. The
bathroom has recently been updated, and boasts a bath, shower and toilet. There is a modern kitchen with fridge-freezer,
washing machine and dishwasher as well as all the other facilities one would expect of a property of this standard.
The thoughtful English owner has provided hairdryers, sun loungers with cushions, parasols and a gas barbecue to
help you get the most from your holiday, and should you ever tire of the views, each house is also equipped with
satellite television and video.
Close to the modern yachting marina there is a cluster of shops and restaurants (although it should be noted that
some facilities may not be available out of season). For those who like to be active, the facilities at Sant'Ambroggio
include an open air, salt-water swimming pool, a sailing & windsurfing school and a 9 hole golf course.
Linen, towels and beach towels are included in the price of the rental.
