for a family holiday. With its row of friendly shops, restaurant and coffee shop, the little port of Sant' Ambroggio
is perfectly located for exploring the sights of Corsica's ancient and colourful past.
There is a single track railway which shuttles all day between Calvi and Ile Rousse and ventures through the mountains
now and then to Bastia and Ajaccio - a bit of a bumpy ride so best take a cushion! Sant' Ambroggio station, which
is little more than a whistle-stop, is a few minutes walk away.

This delightful villa with spectacular views across the bay is ideal for four. With its covered dining patio and
spacious terrace it is only two minutes walk from the safe sandy beach and a short stroll to the little port with
its row of friendly shops. Accommodation consists of an L-shaped sitting room with large sliding glass doors lead
to the shaded dining terrace. The paved garden is fully fenced and safe for children. The first bedroom has a double
bed with en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, basin and W.C. The second bedroom has two single beds with en-suite
shower room, basin and W.C. Both bedrooms are fully air conditioned. the modern open plan kitchen offers a large
fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, gas hob, electric kettle, oven, toaster, coffee machine. There is also a
washing machine, iron and hair dryer. Free Wi Fi. All linen, towels and beach towels are provided. Also gas and
electricity, satellite TV. Outside there are sun-loungers, cushions, parasols, a grill, barbecue, extra fridge

Ideal for a couple, this pretty villa for two has stunning views across the bay and is only two minutes walk from
the beautiful sandy beach and a short stroll to the little port with its row of friendly shops.
Accommodation consists of a sitting room with sliding doors lead to the shaded dinning terrace and paved garden.
The bedroom has a double bed. Trellised walls allow for maximum circulation of air conditioning. There is a bathroom
with bath, shower, basin and W.C. The modern kitchen has fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, gas hob,
electric kettle, toaster. There is also a washing machine and hair dryer. Free Wi Fi. All linen, towels and beach
towels are provided, also gas and electricity, satellite TV and DVD player. Outside there are sun-loungers, cushions,

Close to the modern yachting marina there is a cluster of shops and restaurants (although it should be noted that
some facilities may not be available out of season). For those who like to be active, the facilities at Sant'Ambroggio
include an open air, salt-water swimming pool, a sailing & windsurfing school and a 9 hole golf course.
