Les Marines de Porto Pollo will comprise three distinct sections in order to adapt perfectly to the slope of the
land;
On the higher level will be a single story building comprising T3 apartments (2 bedrooms), all facing towards the
sea. Part of the building is stepped by about 2 metres in order to adapt to the topography of the land.
A little lower down, the second building will be separated from the first by a transitional space comprising the
communal swimming pool. This second builsing will comprise two levels and will be in the shape of a U. This will
allow all apartments to face outwards, therefore towards the sea, whilst offering vast landscape patios. For the
second building the design of the upper level will allow the slope of the land and the roofing to be managed to
the best advantage.
The third section comprises three single storey houses type T5 (4 bedrooms), each with individual pools. Two of
the houses are semi-detatched with a difference in height of about a metre between the two. These houses could
be joined to form one much large house with bigger pool if desired. This configuration allows for the optimum layout
and views for each house, and to respect the use of the land. In addition these three houses are practically invisible
from the sea.

The land will be enclosed by discreet fences and mixed schrubs and hedging
of local species such as Arbousiers, Cystes, Olives, Lentisques, Fig trees and Mimosas. In order to blend in with
the surroundings, the bias for the project is to build in the mediterranean style incorporating traditional round
roofing tiles (tuiles), facades coatied in natural sand, wooden shutters and terraces in the same style as the
facades, The southern facades of the villas faced with 'red cedar' left natural so that in time it will take on
a gray complexion, and the joineries and surrounds in anthracite colour
There will be a car park with 32 spaces, as well as 6 additional places for the three villas. The communal green
spaces and the parking area will be planted with trees and shrubs, and the private gardens will be separed by hedges
of local trees and shrubs. The supporting walls will be faced with stone.
The swimming pool will confirm to the law of 4 January 2003 concerning security and will be enclosed by a fence/barrier
of a minimum of 1.10m with a locking gate. A footbath and shower accessible to persons of restricted mobilite will
be placed behind the gate making their use obligatory and systematic. The filtration system will conform to the
DDASS stan dards for collective swimming pools, and the sterilisation system (notably chloriation and correction
of PHP levels) will be controlled by dosage pumps. The supply of the water from the public source will be equipped
with an hydrolic disconnector as required, and only washing waters will be washed down the drains
