With magnificent views across the sea towards the Revellata Peninsula,
the Residence l'Atlantide is a collection of 22 good quality apartments with air conditioning, close to the superb
sandy beach, and the colourful shops and restaurants of the bustling resort of Calvi.
There are 21 apartments in all which vary in size and facilities, so please make it clear when enquiring which
type of apartment you prefer.
Apartment T2 Standing
- 1 bedroom, 2-3 people
On the first floor, these apartments comprise one bedroom with either a double or twin beds, and open plan living/dining
room with a double sofabed. The kitchenette is equipped with two hob rings, fridge, microwave, cafetière
and toaster. There is a bath/shower room with hairdryer for added convenience. Each apartment has a good size terrace
(approximately 10 m²) with a table and chairs for eating al fresco, and superb, uninterrupted views of the
sea.
Apartment T3 Standing
- 2 bedrooms, 4-5 people
On the ground floor, these apartments comprise two bedrooms; one with double bed and the other with twin beds (one
with sliding doors to the terrace), as well as a double sofabed in the living/dining room. There is a bath/shower
room with hairdryer for added convenience, and the kitchenette has been well equipped with four hob rings, fridge,
microwave, cafetière and toaster. Sliding patio doors lead from the open plan living/dining room to the
terrace (approximately 20 m²) equipped with a table and chairs for eating al fresco, and superb, uninterrupted
views of the sea.
Apartment T4 Standing
- 3 bedrooms, 6-7 people
These apartments comprise with three bedrooms; one double and a twin which share a bath/shower room and separate
toilet, and a further twin bedroom with its own bath/shower room and toilet. There is also a double sofabed in
the living/dining room. The kitchenette has been well equipped with four hob rings, fridge, microwave, cafetière
and toaster. The open plan living/dining room boasts a TV and sliding patio doors to the terrace (approximately
20 m²) equipped with a table and chairs for eating al fresco, and superb, uninterrupted views of the sea.
There is a communal laundry shared amongst the apartments. Guests are also welcome to use the facilities of the
Residence
les Pins which is just a couple of minutes away, and includes
a swimming pool with loungers and parasols (below left), a children's play area, and boules and a bar with television.
For a small extra charge there is also ping-pong and billiards.
From the Residence l'Atlantide, the beautiful town of Calvi is just a 20 minute walk away and here you can have
a drink or a bite to eat in the colourful bars lining the waterfront, or simply sit and admire the yachts in the
marina. The Citadel which stands above the town is remarkable and well worth a visit, but there is nothing better
that enjoying an aperitif on the harbour and just watching the world go by!
The huge sweep of fine sand stretches for over 5km, and there are plenty of intimate coves heading out towards
the peninsular if you want somewhere quieter. The beach is home to a number of water sports such as sailing, windsurfing
and diving. You could even take a boat trip to the nature reserve of Scandola or some of the wild and unspoilt
beaches that are inaccessible by car.
Should you tire of exploring the winding streets and passageways, swimming from the rocks or basking on the magnificent
sandy beach, the Balagne is an area of outstanding natural beauty with many intriguing churches and pretty villages
to explore. Walkers will enjoy the numerous rambles such as the Crafts trail, the Chapel of Notre Dame de la Serra
and Revellata Point.
The Residence l'Atlantide Pins is particularly suited to families looking for comfortable, modern accommodation
is a quiet location within walking distance of the town and the beach.

'We had a fantastic time, appartment was clean and tidy with
fabulous views over the sea, as promised. Close by is a rocky coast to visit but the sandy beach is quite a hike,
plus a very good walk to the town. However, we loved it. Calvi was a fabulous and interesting place. You have the
best of both worlds the beautiful beaches and the breathtaking mountains. On site Reception Team were very friendly
and helpful, pool area was delightful. Thoroughly recommend it.'
