Apartment Cyrnos is a superb modern apartment in one the buildings lining Calvi's popular Boulevard Wilson. It has been elegantly furnished with style and taste to provide very high quality accommodation, ideally situated close to the shops and restaurants, and just a short stroll from the fabulous shallow sandy beach that stretches for over 5km.

The apartment is located on the fourth floor, and there is a lift for your convenience. From the landing, a door opens onto an entrance hall off which is the main living room. This room has been comfortably furnished with two large sofas, one of which is a sofabed to allow flexible sleeping arrangements, a dining table and chairs and air-conditioning for added comfort in the hot summer months. There are large double glazed French doors leading onto the balcony where the 180 degree views are simply stunning and stretch from the imposing 15th Citadel to one side, across the rooftops to the port, and across to the mountain backdrop of the pinede to the other.

At the far end of the apartment is a fully equipped kitchen with views over a little 'place' below and a little table and chairs where you can enjoy a leisurely breakfast. There are two double bedrooms; one at the front of the apartment, and the other at the back, a shower room and separate toilet.

Calvi is a fantastic place to take your holiday, and there is much within this little town that is typical of Corsica. From the shallow golden beaches and range of watersports, to the vibrant colourful bars that line the port in the summer, and atmospheric Citadel with it's cobbled alleyways and austere fortress-like houses, there is sure to be something to suit everyone.

Linen and towels are included in the cost of your rental (you should bring your own beach towels).

'Just back from a wonderful holiday in Apartment Cyrnos. The proprietors were friendly and helpful, the neighbours were nice (as, indeed, is everyone in Calvi), the apartment itself was gorgeous -- the views from the balcony are even more impressive than the photo on Direct Corsica's website implies. It has not only a washing machine but a dishwasher, which was a nice surprise for us. The location couldn't be much more convenient for Calvi's shops and restaurants. We would definitely go back.'
