Sitting above the town of Calvi with panoramic views from the Citadel on one side, across the turquoise blue waters of the bay to the mountains on the other, the Hotel les Aloes is a have of peace and tranquility broken only by the sound of birdsong. For those who prefer less energetic pursuits, why not try horseriding or walks in the forests of Bonifato and Tartagine, or perhaps a circuit of the picturesque villages of the Balagne - all within easy reach of the hotel by car. An ancient Genoese city, Calvi cannot fail to charm you with its port shaded by huge palm trees and the colourful parasols of the bars and restaurants lining the harbour, the cobbled streets lined with shops and of course the 15th Century citadel which dominates the town. From here, everything is within easy reach; a beautiful sandy beach that stretches for more than 6km, a range or sports and activities whether on land or sea and plenty to see and do. The 'trinicellu' (little train) runs along the coast giving access to the villages and beaches between Calvi and the neighbouring resort or Ile Rousse if you prefer to explore without the car.

Sitting within the grounds of the hotel of the same name, the Apartment les Aloes offers guests a simple and inexpensive base with sea views, and all the benefits of a hotel close at hand.
Access is via the terrace which enjoys views from the Citadel on one side, across the turquoise blue waters of the bay to the mountains on the other, and has been furnished with a table and chairs. French doors open onto the main living room which has been furnished with a single day bed, table and chairs and television. Leading off the main living room is a simple kitchen with two hob rings, microwave, cafetiere and fridge with ice box. A door leads through to the double bedroom (shower room en-suite) and another door leads to the separate toilet.
